On the matter of tattoos, see the prospectus of the Universirt of Wales Newport. Nothing says "classy academic institution" like watching a young lady's arse through library stacks, it seems.

I want to know is that a doctored photo, or is there really a woman with that tattoo? Did she get paid to add it, or was it just school spirit?
